Refund policy

Domestic Orders:

  • Orders are eligible for return only within 3 days from the date of delivery. Customers can request either a return or an exchange by sending an email to support@maatshi.com with order details and the reason for return. Our support team will review the request and revert with an appropriate action.
  • Custom-tailored orders are not eligible for return or cancellation.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, product being returned are eligible for return / replacement only if it is intact with price tag, untampered, unused, or unwashed.  Photograph of the product is mandatory to consider the request. 
  • Reasons for return / replacement could be size fitment issues, product in damaged condition, missing item only
  • Customer  may request a replacement in case the product is damaged, our team will carefully check and initiate the refund accordingly. For any other return reasons (such as size fitment issue, color variation etc) the customer cam request product replacement or the amount will be provided as a gift card.

    Kindly note that refunds or gift cards will be processed once the returned item is received and approved by our quality team.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within 7–10 working days from initiation.
  • For exchanges, reverse pick up and replacement logistics charge of ₹135/- would apply, and the replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days of approval.

International Orders:

  • We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India
  • Every international order goes through intense quality check before dispatch. Despite that, if there are damages / missing items, email to support@maatshi.com to be sent. The request will be reviewed and action of gift card / Refund will be decided based on the situation. Photograph of the damaged product is mandatory to review the case.
